Health-WorX is an admin and management company which provides a variety of comprehensive chronic and preventative medical care and healthcare services. Our head-office is based in Randburg, and we have nine (9) medical centres across the Gauteng province. We are looking for a dynamic leader who will work jointly with our Managing Director to drive our business to the new heights.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Accountable to the Board of Directors and Shareholders, the CEO will be responsible for the overall operational management, strategic direction and growth of the company. This role requires a visionary leader with strong marketing and negotiation skills. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the healthcare industry and the ability to lead the company towards achieving its goals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
EssentIal functIons include, but are not limited to the following:
- Serve as a strategic visionary and influential leader with financial expertise to ensure a self-sustaining and profitable company.
- Drive business growth and expansion, exploring new market opportunities.
- Develop and implement business strategies and plans to achieve corporate goals.
- Oversee the day-to-day opera1ons, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Foster a positive and productive company culture, promoting teamwork and innovation.
- Build and maintain strong business-to-business partnerships and relationships with stakeholders, including partners, and investors/funders.
- Establish and co-ordinate the development of new initiatives.
- Provide leadership and guide the management team responsible for departmental activities towards attainment of strategic goals and objectives.
- Other duties and responsibili1es as needed or as assigned by the Board of Directors.

QUALIFICATION:
- A Business Administration or related advanced degree.
- At least 10 to 15 years of overall professional experience in an executive position.
- Strong financial acumen and experience in managing budgets and financial performance.
- Proven track record of success in developing and implementing strategic plans and achieving business objectives.
- In-depth knowledge, exposure and experience in the healthcare industry is preferred.
