Legal Associate LLB (Wits)
As RHM’s Legal Associate, Ayanda puts her valuable compliance and legal experience to work. Her background and knowledge range from fund formation, banking and finance law (including FSCA compliance and monitoring and National Credit Regulator compliance) to deal structuring, company secretarial work and the conducting of due diligence. She also drafts policies and legal agreements.
Ayanda obtained her LLB degree from the University of the Witwatersrand and is an accredited Financial Services Conduct Authority (FSCA) compliance officer and an affiliate member of the Compliance Institute.
